It is specially designed for busy establishments such as restaurants and bars, although its design and functionality make it perfect for any kitchen.

Its fastening system is very simple and adapts to any type of table thanks to the screw-on clamp.

Over the years, we have adapted both its exterior design and internal mechanism to optimize cork extraction.

Only BOJ holds the worldwide license for the manufacture of the spike, created to extract bothnatural and synthetic corks.

Cork extraction is quick, and the technology prevents the cork from being perforated and particles from falling into the bottle.

Steps to follow:

1. Hold the bottle and insert the neck into the conical protector.
2. Lower the lever with one hand.
3. Raise the lever again, leaving it in its initial position.
4. Remove the bottle and cork.
