BOJ OLAÑETA SLU, as part of its organizational and management model, has set up an Ethics Channel with preventive effectiveness that enables the detection of acts or conduct that could be contrary to the general or sectoral regulations applicable to it in accordance with the Criminal Code when it imposes the obligation to report possible risks and breaches to the body responsible for monitoring the functioning and observance of the prevention model.

The Ethics Channel is available to all members of our organization and/or third parties who may wish to inform the organization of any procedural or organizational weaknesses that could lead to criminal risk or the commission or omission of a criminal act.BOJ OLAÑETA SLU guarantees confidentiality, anonymity, and the absence of reprisals of any kind against the person who has reported the facts. The data will be kept in the system only for the time necessary to investigate the reported facts. In any case, three months after the introduction of your personal data, our organization will proceed to delete it from the system. If it is necessary to keep it in order to continue the investigation, our organization may continue to process your data in a different environment that is legally appropriate.
